Your First Visit: A Quick Roadmap

1. Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around and introduce you to the instructor.

2. The Mat: Students remove their shoes and bow as they enter the training area—a tradition of respect.

3. The Class: Your child will join their age group (The K.I.C.K. Crew) for a high-energy session focused on focus and technique.

4. Wrap Up: After class, we'll answer any questions you have about our curriculum and community.
